CatchKen is a cutting-edge software solution revolutionising law enforcement agencies’ handling license plate recognition (LPR) and data handling. Its primary function is to capture and read license plates of passing vehicles, record the data in the computer’s memory, and compare this with the available hitlists.

The system is designed to be user-friendly and easy to operate with its preconfigured standard settings and plug-and-play features. CatchKen can read the number plates of all vehicles with a license plate at a relative speed of up to 300 km/h, with 250 number plates per minute, under different weather conditions. It can also read contaminated, damaged, and deliberately modified number plates without problems.

Furthermore, the system continuously displays the status of the underlying system components, making it easy to detect possible faults with precise text diagnostics.

Additionally, CatchKen can search the database with captured number plates by viewing the registered vehicles with the corresponding license plate data or searching by number plate, date, time, etc.
